Biography

Bob is a conservation biologist from the Netherlands. Initially focused on species conservation, his vision broadened towards the broader field of ecology during his undergraduate studies. Thanks to a VSBfonds scholarship to study abroad, he could pursue a master’s degree in the United Kingdom. Currently he is studying Halobates, the only insects known to survive a full lifecycle on the ocean surface.
